I am a contemporary abstract artist creating bold, energetic, and joy-filled paintings for those who believe that life is better when filled with color.  My work is a visual synthesis of a deeply eclectic life—shaped by decades of teaching English literature, playing the bass, riding motorcycles, performing on stage, and directing theater. 

Retired?  No way. Reinvigorated. My work is a celebration of new beginnings, curiosity, and the courage to keep evolving–one painting at a time.  I use paint, color, texture, and movement to express memories and experiences that words cannot fully capture.  

My work represents my own active reinvention and serves as a powerful reminder that our personal narratives are never truly finished. Having spent nearly thirty years guiding minds in the classroom, my current mission is to gently provoke and reawaken the dormant creative spirit within you.
